- Amendment 03 - The purpose of this amendment is to add an additional Questions and Answers sheet and extend the deadline to 24 August 2016, 15:30 Pacific Time. The Government hereby emphasizes that lead times should be included in quotes. Amendment 02 - The purpose of this amendment is to add a Questions and Answers attachment. Amendment 01 - This is no longer a Sole Source Announcement. Competitive quotes are hereby requested. Please see details.
