- Attachment 1 PDS SOW Specifications & Drawings RFQ N64267-16-T-0307 Solicitation N64267-16-T-0307 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. Please see the attached RFQ for detail information on the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, shall be considered by NSWC Corona. Quote is due 8 September 2016 no later than 12:00 pm PST. Questions and responses regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Kim Chu, via email at kim.t.chu@navy.mil prior to the RFQ closing.
