Description

This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial item. This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement. This will be solicited Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. SDVOSB must be certified by Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 812930 Geophyscical Surveying and Mapping Services and Product Service Code of category D313: IT and Telecom - Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) Services and the small business size standard is $15 million. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) in providing Computer Architectural Drawing (CAD) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) sustainment support with and through space analysis support for the Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) campus. The contractor will work with the program office, Space and Renovations Service (03R), to continue existing AutoCAD layer updates according to American Institute of Architects (AIA) standards for four space redesign projects in Fiscal Year 2016 (FY16). Once the CAD drawings are updated, the contractor shall apply the updates to the GIS format to maintain the CAD and GIS programs of Space and Renovations Service (03R) for the entire VACO campus. In conjunction with the CAD and GIS sustainment efforts, the contractor shall perform one survey of the VACO campus buildings (1.2M square feet) to compare the existing CAD drawings with the current conditions and make changes as necessary. Place of Performance: 810 Vermont Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20420 Period of Performance: Base Period: September 26, 2016 -September 25, 2017 Option Period 1: September 26, 2017 - September 25, 2018 Contractors not registered in the System for Award Management at the time the requirement is anticipated to be awarded will not be considered.
