RFQ SF 1442 Statement of Work DOL Wage Determination Pinellas County Applicable Far Clauses This combined synopsis/solicitation for Construction services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-16-Q-PMW194. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 238190 Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors, size in Millions ($15.0) This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the proposals: 1. Technical Capability of the services offered to meet/exceed the Governments Requirements per the Attached Statements of Work. 2. Past Performance 3. Price of items offered to the Government Technical and past performance, when combined, is ___60%_______ When submitting your proposals, request a price breakdown of the following: a. Cost of labor and supervision b. Cost of materials and equipment to perform contract. Anticipated award date: 10 business days after close of solicitation, OOA 15 August 2016 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 09 September 2016. Wage determinations: FL1601821 07/22/2016 FL182 SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to replace damaged precast concrete floating dock unit at Coast Guard Station St. Petersburg, Fl, per Attached SOW. Location: USCG Station St. Petersburg 600 8th Avenue S.E. St. Petersburg, Fl. 33701 Geographical range: Price Range: NTE $25K Performance Period: Performance of work is expected to commence NLT 10 days after award is made. Extension period must be approved by the Contracting Officer for any unforeseen delays. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the services required. Site visit: It is highly recommended that interested vendors attend the scheduled site visit set for Tuesday August 30th at 1000 (10a.m.) to field verify the requirements listed on the Statement of Work.
