- 5PA0399 - Delineated General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Harrisburg Delineated Area (see attached map): North: Forster Street South: Chestnut Street East: North 7 th Street and Norfolk-Southern Railroad Tracks West: Front Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,752 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,440 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces: 16 Structured/Secured Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Additional Requirements: • Space shall be contiguous on a single floor. • Space shall be located on the second floor or above. • Space shall not be located on the top floor. • Proposed building cannot house immigration, probations, public defenders, and/or social services. • Proposed building cannot be within 1,000 feet of residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinics and/or day care facilities. • Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. • All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date. • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alternations are to be included as part of the rental consideration. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be located in a 100 or 500 year flood plain.
