Description

Strategic Systems Program (SSP) intends to procure and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under BOA N00030-16-G-0038 to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, MA. for the following efforts: • Life Cycle Support for creating a technical data package for the overhaul of the missile ejector group actuation mechanism. This order is being awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Due to the technical complexity and specialization of the programs and systems, a thorough knowledge of the design, production, and assembly is essential, so that the various categories of work are performed in a timely and cost efficient manner. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No phone inquiries will be entertained.
