- Please view the attached RFQ. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-16-N-0200 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88 and DFARS change notice 20160811. This purchase is restrict to 100% Small Business Concern. This NAICS code is 333249 and the size standard is 500 personnel. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: Jacob R. Halsor at E-mail: jacob.halsor@us.af.mil no later than 31 August 2016 at 3:00pm CST (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely.
