- The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number for this requirement is W912J2-16-Q-1009. The 115th Fighter Wing is soliciting quotes to provide Glenhill plow upgrades as defined by the attached statement of work located at 115th Fighter Wing, 3110 Mitchell Street, Madison, WI 53704. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Per FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT (PRICE AND TECHNICAL EQUAL). This is a brand name or equal requirement. The government intends to award a contract without discussions with respective offerors. The government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in the best interest of the government. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $7.5 million dollars. Schedule of Supplies/Services: CLIN 0001: Install New Plow Mount Engineer 4 Freightliner CLIN 0002: Purchase 2 New Burke Roadtamer Plows CLIN 0003: Purchase New 14' Sectional Pusher Plow CLIN 0004: Repair and/or replace 12' Loader Plow CLIN 0005: Repair and/or replace 14' Gledhill Plow CLIN 0006: Repair and/or replace 11' Gledhill Plow Terms remain unchanged unless solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedure relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
