Description

The Architect-Engineer(A-E) shall provide design and engineering services for the preparation of plans, specifications, design analyses, cost estimates, studies, DD1391s, and design-build requests for proposal (RFPs) for Architectural projects at various locations in Japan. 1. The purpose of this amendment is to perform the following: a. Provide questions/answers as follows: b. Per response to question #1, Past Performance Questionnaire is attached to this amendment. 2. All other synopsis/solicitation provisions remain unchanged.
