- R16PS01387 Wage Detirmination R16PS01387 Clauses R16PS01387 SF-18 R16PS01387 Statement of Work R16PS01387 Combined Synopsis Diagnosis and Repair for various sizes of AC and DC Electric Motors Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (R16PS01387) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, 13.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) To facilitate electronic quote submissions through FedBizOpps, a request for quote (RFQ No. R16PS01387) is being issued subsequent to this combined solicitation/synopsis. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-89. (iv) This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 811310 is $7.5 million. (v) Line Item 0010 - Since items will be ordered on an as-needed basis, offeror's that are interested in the opportunity to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Government shall submit their catalog, or an exemplar list of items that are available for purchase, along with a percentage discount (discounts should be based off of the MSRP) for all orders placed under the BPA. The Specifications attachment provides more detailed information about the requirement and can be located at FedBizOpps. (vi) The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for unscheduled diagnosis and repair to various sizes of AC and DC electric motors. The repair may include; but not limited to, complete disassembly, rewind, shaft machine work, commutator work, brush replacement, baking of windings, bearing replacement, balancing, painting and applicable tests. Brands may include but is not limited to, Westinghouse and Kranco. Note an parts discounts, surcharges, hazardous materials disposal fees, and any other charges that may be associated with the performance described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). (vii) Performance is estimated to begin on or about Wednesday September 7, 2016. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: (viii) FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (ix) Determination of award will be based on the lowest-priced responsive quotes from responsible offerors. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Single Award BPA to one (estimated) vendor. (x) FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items Offerors are advised include with their offer, a completed copy of the provision 52.212-03, or indicate completion of the provision online.
