- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial goods and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F16PS01280 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #2005-89, effective 15 Aug 2016, 2016. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 336999 "All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing" and the business size standard is 1000 employees.
