- Description
- The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) has an Agency Advisory and Assistance Support requirement under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions. This contract will provide advice, assessment, assistance, documentation, and recommendations with strategies, plans, and analyses. Support includes providing assessments for policy development and decision tools for BMDS baselines, acquisition planning, program management, engineering, testing, and small business innovation and cooperative research to MDA. This acquisition will be issued on a Full and Open, unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541330 ( Engineering Services) for subcontracting opportunities. It is anticipated that award will result in a single Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort (LOE) contract for a base period of three years and a one, two year option. Award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM at https://www.sam.gov. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available at Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov by September 13, 2016. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the FedBizOpps website. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the FedBizOpps website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. Proposals will be due 30 days after the solicitation is issued.
