Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is solicitation W81K02-16-T-0239 under GFEB PR 0010863355 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325413 (In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing) Size standard is 1,250. This RFQ is being issued as Firm Fixed Price, UNRESTRICTED. Closing Date: 26 August 2016, 0800 a.m. Local Pacific Time.
