Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F9X3LR6202AQ01 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89 15 July 2016 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20160802. It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 811219 with annual revenue not to exceed $20.5 Million. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001 Qty: 1 EA. Pancake Scale - Dimensions: Must be 10'L x 10'W x 3"H (Height shall not exceed 3", exact dimensions of length and width required) - Must be made of Mild Steel - Must come with digital display - Must have Minimum 10,000lb, maximum 20,000lb capacity - Must have Wrap around ramps, not to exceed 24" in length per each ramp - Shall fit 108" x 88" 463L Pallets CLIN 0001 _____________________ CLIN 0002 Qty: 1 EA.
