- This combined synopsis/solicitation, W9156A61650001AudioVisual, is being issued as small business set-aside Request for Quotation. Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334118, Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Manufacturing. The Utah Army National Guard has a requirement for audio visual equipment for classrooms. Classroom diagrams and a general expected equipment list, with specifications, is attached. Installation and delivery is also required. A site visit is planned for 31 August 2016 at an Army National Guard armory in West Jordan, Utah, after which quotes are due no later than 5pm on September 8th, 2016. All vendors interested in submitting a quote must have representation at the site visit. Evaluations Factors: The award will be made on the basis of best value. Price will be the primary consideration; however, technical specifications, warranty, quality, and delivery/installation time will also be considered. Therefore, the Government reserves the right to award to other than lowest quote. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include each company's CAGE/DUNS number, Fed Tax ID, and point of contact information. Please provide your submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division no later than 5pm (Mountain) on September 8th, 2016. All submissions should be sent via email to: otha.b.henderson.mil@mail.mil. Facsimiles are not acceptable. Question regarding this requirement may also be directed to this email, with sufficient time to do any research to answer question prior to the closing of this posting. Responses received after the stated deadline will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered.
