- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expressions of interest to lease the following space: State: MO City: St. Louis Delineated Area: North: Lindell Blvd South: Manchester Ave East: N Compton Ave West: Kingshighway Blvd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,250 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,250 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 18 months Firm Term: 18 months Option Term: 5, 18 month periods Additional Requirements: The Government has a need for an unclassified, open, collaborative cloud development space for 15 hoteling locations with high-speed internet that will facilitate rapid cloud development of the Government's GEOINT Services, mobile applications, and innovative mission solutions. The location should be fully furnished and include cubicles with storage, printers, fax machines, and task lighting. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
