- Specifications W91ZLK-16-T-NASO5 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - GE Digital Detector Model DXR250U-W This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-80 (2 March 2015). The solicitation number for this requirement is W91ZLK-16-T-NASO5. This requirement is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334517 - Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing, which has a size standard of 500 Employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This procurement is being conducted using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide 1 (one) GE Digital Detector model DXR250U-W with 2 Laptops, image acquisition and processing software, durable outer cover, and NDT screens. The system shall include both a wired capability to 300 feet and a wireless capability. Durable storage and transport cases shall be provided. This a Brand Name Only Requirement. Quote shall include all required shipping and handling with acceptance and inspection F.O.B Destination.
