The resulting Contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. The Solicitation is issued as a set-aside for SDVOSB vendors. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued on 08/25/2016 with responses due on 08/29/2016, 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time.
