Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with ITXM Diagnostics, Pittsburgh, PA. The statutory for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S,C, 2304(c)(1) per FAR Part 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code this action is 621511. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Service. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/. In order to register with the CCR/SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a DUN & Bradestreet Number. A Dun & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting on line at https://www.dnb.com/products/eupdate/requestOption.html. or by phone (800) 333-0505. The following requirement are: Item # Descriptions Qty. 001. Leukapheresis Procedure 18 EA. 002. Cancelle or Aborted Leukaheresis Proedures 8 EA. 003. Transport of Machine 1 EA. 004. Late start procedure 4 EA. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all response received with 15 days from this posting. Written responses to this shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a nonafide capability to fulfill the requiement. A solicitation is not available.
