Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MA City: Hanover Delineated Area: The CBD OF Hanover extending to: NORTH: Old Washington St from the intersection of Silver Street and Old Washington to the intersection of Old Washington and Washington Street. Down Washington Street to East Street. East Street to Tiffany Road. Tiffany Road to Broadway. SOUTH: Broadway from Tiffany Road to Columbia Road. Columbia Road to Hanover Street EAST: Along Washington Street from the intersection of Old Washington Street and Washington Street. Washington Street becomes Columbia Road. Columbia Road to the Scoosett St intersection. Back up Columbia Road to Rockland Street. WEST: Silver Street from Hanover Street to Old Washington Street Space Requirements: 7,266 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 6,319 ANSl/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 7 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one level. If proposed space is above the first floor, two elevators are required. All interior column spacing must be at least 20 ft apart. Building must be within walking distance of Public Transportation. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The space must be capable of meeting the Agency’s security requirements. Space shall be located within a prime commercial district within the determined delineated area stated above, with attractive and prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Building must have sufficient public parking nearby. Building must be within walking distance of public transportation. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. All The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be ready for occupancy no later than June 2018 Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing no later than September 15, 2016 and include the following information: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in building 2) Legal description 3) Drawing of space offered 4) ANSI/SOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises 8) Name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. Action : For FBO postings, delete “offers due;” for procurement summary, keep “offers due” and delete “(estimated)” from dates.
