Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), on behalf of the Durham VA Medical Center, is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice to seek sources for peritoneal dialysis solutions and supplies for use on Baxter Dialysis Cycler equipment. The Durham VA Medical Center provides solutions & supplies to peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients on a monthly basis who are able to receive their treatment at home. The awarded vendor shall provide a monthly supply directly to the patient's home for approximately 12 to 15 active patients receiving home PD. In addition, the awarded vendor shall coordinate with a Durham VAMC appointed representative for the monthly delivery schedule for a one (1) year period to ensure the patient receives timely orders of supplies needed for PD care. The vendor shall also provide courtesy calls to the Durham VAMC appointed representative to assist with the re-order process as needed.
