Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in accordance with FAR 13.5, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with incumbent Community Psychiatric Clinic for the following services: Case Management, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Services for chronic mental illness which includes 19 residential psychiatric treatment beds, including room and board; 9/1/2016 - 3/31/2017. NAICS 623220 applies. This sole source contract will prevent a break in service while a new contract finishes the solicitation process. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can handle Case Management, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Services for chronic mental illness which includes 19 residential psychiatric treatment beds, including room and board beginning on 9/1/2016; can adhere to the standards in VA regulations and policy; and is located within King County, Washington. Responses must be received no later than 4:30 pm PST on August 30, 2016. All responses must be emailed to philip.cyphers@va.gov.
