- Modification RFQ Modification SF1449 USDA, Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has requirements for preventative maintenance on (2) two AB Sciex QTRAP 6500 triple stage mass spectrometers and (1) one pump repair and/or replacement on a QTRAP 6500. The turbo pump supply must be a part of the service agreement. The services shall meet the requirements stated in the attached Statement of Work. This notice is a women owed/ small business set a side on a firm fixed price (2) two year contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811219/$20.5M Size Standard respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. The contractor must bid on all items and option years. The award will be made to the best value/ technically acceptable offeror, with good standing past performance. Technical acceptability will be determined by review of information submitted by the offeror which must provide a description in sufficient detail to show that the product offered meets the Government's requirement. The service engineer shall be an AB Sciex certified technician to provide service within 1 to 2 business days of maintenance service call to guarantee equipment and preventative maintenance on work listed above. The vendor shall provide unlimited telephone support, labor, travel expenses and parts on-demand service visits at no extra cost. This requirement is not for new service it's for continuous maintenance service on existing equipment. All interested parties must respond within five (5) calendar days from the date of this notice. Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating your firm's capability to provide the proprietary services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
