Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-16-Q-0425 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. The associated NAICS code is 339112 and size standard is 500 employees. This is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business set-aside requirement. The requirement is for HCI 32-inch Healthcare HD Android LCD TV. Delivery location is the Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC), 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428-9000 and shall be FOB destination. Delivery required within 30 days of award. Installation includes RG6 homerun from data room to TV location, faceplate & terminations, TV and mount and TV connections. Price for installation also includes any travel or lodging costs associated with the installation. The vendor will provide any labor and equipment needed for proper assembly of the equipment. This includes any uncrating, assembling, and installation of components. The vendor will provide one year warranty. The Government will perform technical review on all quotes considered for this procurement and make a final determination if the quotes are technically acceptable. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal, written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
