- U.S. GOVERNMENT AD – PROJECT NUMBER 6NY0620 Queens, NY General Services Administration (GSA) is seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Queens Delineated Area: North: Northern Blvd; East: Grand Central Parkway; South: Jackie Robinson Parkway; West: Brooklyn Queens Expressway to Queens Blvd to Woodhaven Blvd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,182 USF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 surface parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 surface spaces Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: · Office space must be contiguous on one floor. · Subleases are not acceptable · The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest must include the following information in order to be deemed compliant and be eligible for further consideration in this procurement: A. Agents must provide written authorization to represent buildings ownership; B. Building name and building address ; C.
