Notice Type: Posted Date: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation August 22, 2016 Original Set Aside: Response Date: Open Market - Small Business September 6, 2016 @ 8:00 am Classification Code: NAICS Code: 5450 - Miscellaneous Prefabricated Structures 332321 - Metal Window and Door Manufacturing Synopsis: The WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for the following automatic doors to include installation: 1.1 Each - Approximately 168 inch wide x 120 inch tall automatic sliding door consisting of a bronze aluminum frame and bronze tempered glass. 2.1 Each - Approximately 96 inch wide x 120 inch tall automatic single sliding door consisting of a bronze aluminum frame and clear tempered glass. 3.1 Each - Approximately 96 inch wide x 96 inch tall automatic telescoping sliding door consisting of a clear finish aluminum frame and obscure tempered glass. 4.2 Each - Approximately 120 inch wide x 120 inch tall automatic sliding door package consisting of a painted finish aluminum frame with obscure tempered glass (separate locations). "Evaluation Criteria: oTechnical Capabilities oMust be ANSI certified oMust possess a South Carolina general contracting license oMust show proof of experience with installation of automatic doors oPast Performance oLPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable All door sizes are approximate and a site visit is highly recommended to confirm door sizes and assess each door location.
