DFARS Clause 252.225-7001 Buy American And Balance Of Payments Program-- Basic (Nov 2014) is hereby updated to DFARS Clause 252.225-7001 Buy American And Balance Of Payments Program-- Basic (AUG 2016). 2. DFARS Clause 252.225-7012 Preference For Certain Domestic Commodities (FEB 2013) is hereby deleted from this Solicitation. 3. SOW SECTION C, Statement of Work, Part 3 - Execution, Items 3.1.1.1, 3.1.1.2, and 3.1.1.3 are added to clarify the work requirement. 4.
