Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) VA262-16-Q-1341. Submit written offers per structure outlined in the announcement. Oral offers will not be accepted. All offeror(s) responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 213112, Support Activities for Oil and Gas Operations, and a Size Standard of $38.5M apply to this procurement. Please see attached for the combined synopsis/solicitation. A job walk will take place on September 1, 2016, at 9:00 AM, it is strongly encouraged for interested vendors to attend the job walk in order to submit an accurate quote, however attendance is not mandatory. Please RSVP your attendance to Duwane Snyder at Duwane.snyder@va.gov, by 3:00 PM (PST), Wednesday August 31, 2016. Location of Job Walk: Location: VALBHS 4807 E. 7th Street Long Beach, CA 90822 Meet by the gas pumps by building 5 All questions or comments must be provided to the Contract Specialist Duwane Snyder in writing via email no later than (NLT) September 6, 2016 at 1:00pm PST. Answers will be posted NLT September 7, 2016. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Quotes must be sent to Contract Specialists Duwane Snyder, duwane.snyder@va.gov, no later than Friday September 9, 2016 at 10:00am PST.
