- Amendment #1 The Maintenance and Repair unit will be operating heavy equipment in operations of building a coffer dam for the La Qui Parle field site, in the northwest corner, of the intersection of county road 13 and 32 near the town of Watson, Minnesota (45°01'19.97"N, 95°52'04.95"W). This contract is to supply fuel for the Maintenance and Repair's equipment that will be working in that area. Scope of Work Purchase of 10,000 gallons of fuel for the performance period of August 31st, 2016 to December 15th, 2016. Deliveries made prior to October 31st shall be #2 off-road diesel. It is estimated that 30% (3,000 gallons) of the delivered fuel will be #2 off-road diesel. Deliveries that happen after October 31st during the performance period should be winter blend off-road diesel fuel (60% #2 off-road diesel fuel and 40% #1 off-road diesel fuel). It is estimated that 70% of the fuel will be the winter blend. The contractor must supply a storage tank holding at least 500 gallons of fuel with containment for the tank and electric pump to pump fuel out of tank into equipment. Delivery of the tank and first 500 gallons of #2 Off-Road Diesel fuel shall be on 31 August 2016. Fuel deliveries shall be minimum quantity of 250 gallons. Deliveries will be schedule as needed by a government representative. A Government representative will provide the vendor a 24 hour notice for deliveries. Deliveries will have to be coordinated with the on-site supervisor Michael Gunderson: 612-670-2880. Fuel deliveries should start on or about September 1st, 2016 and continue up to on or about December 15th, 2016.
