NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS), intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Heil Trailer International, Co., 1505 W. Maine Street, Gatesville, TX 76528-1024 using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.203-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the identified point of contact by 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, Friday, 9 September 2016 to Brenda Edwards via e-mail at Brenda.edwards@usmc.mil.
