Description

RFQ - 0928 Amendment A00001 - Change to Full and Open Competition. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation amendment for a commercial item prepared in accordance with all parts of and format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is posted as a Full and Open solicitation, open to all responsive/responsible offerors. There is no set-aside requirement. Award will be made to the responsive/responsible offeror who provides the technically acceptable product at the lowest price, delivery included. NAICS code 325612/750 employees applies. **Non-manufacturer Rule has been waived for the NAICS code above for this requirement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89. Only emailed requests received directly from the requester are acceptable. Email quotes to jonathan.ursino@va.gov no later than the required due date Thursday, September 1, 2016 on or before 12:00 PM (Noon) Pacific Time. Receipt must be acknowledged on my desktop computer to be recognized as received. This is the only acceptable method for delivery of quotes. Sample of one acceptable solution: DynaCAD SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: General Product Information: DynaCAD for Prostate empowers radiologists with a comprehensive set of advanced visualization tools for real-time analysis, review, and reporting of studies. Images can be transferred directly from the MRI to DynaCAD for automatic processing and customized display. Upon case completion key images, statistical data, and prostate PIRADS reports can be automatically transferred to PACS for archiving. General Technical Specifications DynaCAD 3 Prostate Software is a two concurrent user client-server software application. Clients throughout the enterprise must have access to the DynaCAD 3 advanced features set. Additional product information and salient characteristics are located on the Internet and in company brochures. Alternate system submission: Offerors submitting alternate items must provide technical information sufficient for a lay person to determine acceptability. Information will not be paid for by the government nor returned to the supplying party. The information will be used to determine product acceptability. Lack of sufficient information for our staff to determine product acceptability will result in a negative determination. Any quote will then be found non-responsiveness to the solicitation and the quote will not be considered. * Alternate system submission must include product/system detail, configuration and IT system requirements.
