Description

PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the procurement of a 40' Telescopic Boom Lift for Mann-Graft VAMC in Spokane, WA. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Vendor will provide all warranties, manuals, and components for a 40' Telescopic Boom Lift which is brand name or equal to the JLG 400S Package (4) 40' Telescopic Boom Lift. The solicitation, specifications and other attachments will be available for download on FedBizOpps (FBO) (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about 29 August 2016, with an anticipated proposal due date of 09 September 2016. The contract will be awarded to one (1) contractor using a Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposal meeting or exceeding the technical requirements. The anticipated award date is 16 September 2016. This procurement is for a VIP certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
