Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Phoenix VA Health Care System intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source requirement contract on an interim basis with St. Luke's Medical Center to provide a credentialed surgical department to conduct interventional heart procedures. The proposed six (6) month interim contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received by 3:00 pm MST on September 5, 2016 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation document is available. Please submit all questions or responses to Sergio Valencia at Sergio.valencia@va.gov Important information: The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this special notice.
