The purpose of this requirement is to remove any reference to "DxH 800" and replace it with "Primary Hematology Analyzer" as well as answer vendor questions. The due date for quotes is changed from 9/1/16 4PM PST to 9/9/16 4PM PST. 1.According to the latest attached RFP (VA260-16-Q-0535), you are requiring the (3) references (selected by the vendor) to submit the past performance form: D1. What date are you requiring the selected references to send their forms to you by and where do they send it or email them to? We do not see a date or address to send them to in the solicitation and would like to provide guidance to our customers. OR, do you expect the vendors to collect the past performance forms and send them to you all together? a.The vendor references are required by a week after close of the request for quote.
