REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY VA255-16-Q-0881 COFFEE BREWERS - TENANT BUILDING, VAMC, JEFFERSON BARRACKS DIVISION, ST. LOUIS, MO The St. Louis VA in support of the Jefferson Barracks Major Projects is seeking to determine if there are enough Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses or Veteran-Owned Small Business for set-aside to procure the following items: Bunn or equal: Single Serve Brewer, Model 35400.0003 MCP; 15 each Bunn or Equal: Coffee Brewer w/ Twin Airpots, Model CWTF-Twin-APS; 1 each Bunn or Equal: 3 Liter Airpot; Model 32130; 4 each THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to identify sources that can provide Bunn; brand name or equal, Coffee Brewers and accessories. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The VA has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. 1.1Contractor Capability Statement 1.2Does contractor currently hold a GSA schedule contract; if so, identify GS Schedule, Category and expiration date. 1.3Proof of authorized dealer for Bunn. Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI via email only to Karen.Munroe@va.gov. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. SDVOSB/VOSB offerors must be VetBiz verified at www.vetbiz.gov. The NAICS code for this procurement is 333318 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The due date for receipt of responses is Wednesday, August 31, 2016, close of business (4:30 pm local time).
