- The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Central California Health Care System, CA (VACCHCS) is seeking Architectural/Engineering Firms to submit Standard Form (SF) 330 for Project 570-16-004, Design Revised Master Plan. The project will be located at the VACCHCS located at the VA Medical Center Fresno Campus, 2615 E. Clinton Avenue, Fresno, California 93703. This is a modification to the original call for SF 330's. Please note the following: The Prime firm shall be a licensed/registered professional firm. The license does not have to be in California. However, the A/E team must be versed on the applicable California requirements such as seismic requirements. The disciplines required include, but are not limited to: Architectural, Civil, Interior Design, Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Life Safety, Sustainability, Security, IT/Data, Construction Cost Estimating, Signage/Way-Finding, Landscaping and Geotechnical. Please note that on this Master Plan project the expectation is that during the data collection, function, capacity and site analysis portion of the project the expectation is that all of the listed disciplines will be involved. Each discipline will have different levels of involvement, but the potential is there for all to be utilized. Firms are invited to submit three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of SF 330's by 3:00 PM PT August 31, 2016, to the following: Ms. Denise R. Groves, Contracting Officer, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21), 855 M Street, Suite 1020, Fresno, California 93721. Email the electronic copy to denise.groves@va.gov. Questions regarding the solicitation and project shall be directed, in writing, to the Contracting Officer Ms. Denise R. Groves via E-mail at denise.groves@va.gov. It is the intent of the Contracting Officer to make a single firm-fixed price contract award under this solicitation.
