Description

Wiley Hall Exterior Pictures IFB Document- SF1442 **This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation** The U.S. Department of Transporation, Maritime Administration's, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy has a need to restore the exterior corbel, staircase and railing of Wiley Hall on campus. The specifications of the requirement is outlined in the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) and pictures are attached in a separate document. This procurement is a 100% total small business set-aside. Preference will be equally given to certified Hubzone and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses before all other small business designation submissions will be considered. All bidders must have a currently active profile in the System for Award Management and the record must reflect the small business designations accurately.
