Description

**ATTENTION** ALL FORMAL COMMUNCICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRETED TO: CHRISTOPHER WILLIAMS, CONTRACTING OFFICER; EMAIL: christopher.b.williams94.civ@mail.mil. NO TELEPHONE CALL WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone has a sole source requirement to procure 15 each of CH-47F brackets necessary to make an A-kit created for ASDC obsolescence to support full capability for head tracking. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) this proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: Support Systems Associates, Inc., 351 Electronics Blvd, Suites A & B, Huntsville, AL 35824-2209. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposal. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
