Description

This is a sources sought announcement only and is not a request for proposals or quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking to determine availability of small businesses with the capability to provide the equipment listed below: Two hot water heaters, to serve as components in the facility's existing Demotic water system. Water heaters shall have the following characteristics: "Brand Name: ACE Model SI-V-08-SW-SA2.00-D-M "ASME Code constructed to 15 psi steam working pressure "Rated for 32 gpm and temperature rise of 40 degrees F to 160 degrees F "90-10 copper tube bundle "Stainless steel shell "2" Pneumatic Steam control valve and 2" F&T trap "ASME safeties "Digital controls Firms with interest and capability to respond to this requirement should respond to Ms. Bailey Kapfer, email (preferred): Bailey.Kapfer@.va.gov., or phone: 412-822-3443. Narrative must indicate the company's socioeconomic status (veteran-owned small business, woman-owned small business, etc.) Information should be provided no later than 4:00 PM August 31, 2016.
