Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 located at 708 South Third Street, Suite 200E Minneapolis, MN 55415, is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for the VA Black Hills Health Care System located at 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, SD 57741. The pre-solicitation notice is for a requirement to provide Hospitalist Locum Services for the VA Black Hills Health Care System Hot Springs and Fort Meade Campuses. The resulting request for quotations (RFQ) will be for a firm fixed price contract(s). The contract(s) performance period will be for one (1) base period of six months (3822 hours). It is anticipated that commencement of performance will be November 1, 2016. The contract(s) will also include one (1), six (6) month option period (3822 hours) to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code 561320 applies with a size standard of $27.5 million. Interested offerors should respond to the RFQ which will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS.GOV Federal Business Opportunities https://fbo.gov tentatively September 12-16, 2016. The anticipated closing date will be at least two weeks from the actual posting date. This requirement will be set aside for Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) Interested offerors should ask questions during the question period which will be when the actual solicitation is posted. All questions and answers will be posted to FBO as an amendment to the RFQ. Offerors interested in responding to the RFQ should ensure that their registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database http://sam.gov is current. Offers should also ensure they are registered in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Quotes will not be accepted from firms that are not registered in VIP. This notice does not commit the government to contract for any service.
