Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO7) has a requirement for Nexus Mark II Biofeedback Equipment (Brand Name or Equal) with sensors and electrodes. This will also require a desktop computer, printer and two monitors. The contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor and supervision required to install a 10 channel biofeedback system, to include EMG biofeedback, skin surface temperature biofeedback, electro dermal biofeedback, heart rate variability biofeedback, respiration feedback, and neurofeedback. The contractor will train up to 3 users on the use of the equipment and will write software protocols for biofeedback. Delivery/Performance is to take place at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center located in Augusta, Georgia. This requirement shall be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334510 with a sizes standard of 1,250 employees. The Government shall issue a Firm-Fixed Price acquisition, All interested Small Business sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. Prospective bidders must maintain an active registration in sam.gov to be considered for government contracts.
