This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The Department of Veterans Affairs Fargo Health Care System (FHCS) intends to issue a solicitation for one (1) each AngioJet Ultra Thrombectomy System. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 339112 'Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing' with a size standard of 1,000 employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation number will be VA263-16-Q-0895. The solicitation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about September 2, 2016 and will be issued via FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Once the solicitation has been posted, questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and may be sent via email to: scott.hendrix@va.gov.
