- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) requires the award of one or more indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contracts for the purchase of the following pediatric vaccines and estimated quantities manufactured under a current establishment and product license issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration: Item Descriptions & Quantities 1. Influenza Vaccine - Pediatric (age 6 months and older) Min. Order Size: 100 Doses Fed. Excise Tax: $0.75 per dose Provide age indication for any vaccines proposed. The vaccines awarded under the resulting contracts will be purchased for NCIRD's immunization awardees (the fifty state health departments, several large city program and current and former U.S. Territories) to support pediatric immunization programs as provided under Section 317(j) of the Public Health Service Act and Vaccine for Children (VFC) program, established pursuant to Section 13631 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 (OBRA '93). The Contractor shall be required to deliver vaccines F.O.B. Destination, as directed by delivery orders to the CDC centralized distribution locations currently in Aurora, CO and Memphis, TN. Vaccine stockpile order(s) shall be delivered to another single location to be determined by CDC. The period of performance shall begin 12/18/2016 and end 02/28/2018. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13. The solicitation and any amendments issued will be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov when issued. No hard copies of the solicitation and amendments will be mailed. Please note Funds are not currently available for the award. This solicitation is subject of funds availability during FY 2017.
