Description

The Cheyenne VA Medical Center in Cheyenne, WY intends to release Solicitation VA259-16-R-0496 for the relocation of the Greenhouse at Cheyenne VAMC. The Cheyenne VAMC requires construction services from a firm to provide all labor materials to disassemble and relocate an existing assembled greenhouse with all equipment from one location on the VA Hospital campus to another approximately 400 feet away, in accordance with statement of work and all applicable specifications and drawings. Project will be performed in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after August 29, 2016. The purpose of this requirement is to relocate the Greenhouse at Cheyenne VAMC, to include providing electrical service, natural gas and potable water service to the new site, placement of concrete pad for greenhouse structure reinstallation of existing swamp cooler and existing heater and ADA/ABA accessible sidewalk from greenhouse to parking area and installation of opposite ramp on median in parking area. This full solicitation will be 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building construction, size standard $36,500,000.00. This requirement is for the Cheyenne VA Medical Center in Cheyenne, WY. Costs are firm fixed priced and scheduling has enough notification time to allow for the contractor to provide the service. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. Additionally, successful offeror must be a registered SDVOSB in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only.
