Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 621340 and small business size standard is $7.5 million. The requirement is for one (1) FTE Audiologist. Delivery location is Grand Junction VA, 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501. The period of performance will be October 1, 2016 - September 30, 2017. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 requires the following items: Please see the solicitation which is attached to this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal, written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement will be solicited pursuant to the Veterans' First Program and Public Law 109-461 as a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Only quotes from SDVOSBs currently in the VetBiz Registry will be accepted. The full text of the referenced FAR clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/.
