Description
Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside (FAR 52.219-6). The NAICS code is 238220 and the small business size standard of $14,000,000.00. Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a Small Business will not be considered for award. Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order and it will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Quotes Will Be Evaluated on an All or None Basis. Quote Brand Name or Equal where applicable in the statement of work. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - Building 740: Provide and install new 15 ton RTU Gas Pack unit. QTY: 1 Unit of Issue: Job CLIN 0002 - CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING: The contractor will report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for Air Force collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: https://afcmra.hqda.pentagon.mil/ QTY: 1 Unit of Issue: Job Period of Performance: 45 days To be considered for award, the offeror certifies that the product(s) being offered is an original, new, and Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant product, and that the subject products are eligible for all manufacturer warranties and other ancillary services or options provided by the manufacturer.
