Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, supplies, Personal Protective Equipment, materials, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Hanscom AFB, MA, to perform repair and annual maintenance to the equipment within the steam junction boxes base-wide. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 11. The Following Clauses Are Incorporated By Full Text: FAR 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (DEVIATION 2013-O0019) (JUN 2016) (a) Comptroller General Examination of Record.
