Description

The Army Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program Office requests a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type contract modification to provide additional tasks under contract W31P4Q-10-C-0121, which was awarded to Propagation Research Associates, Inc. (PRA), 1275 Kennestone Circle, Suite 100, Marietta, GA 30066-6032, CAGE Code 1TL66, on 15 September 2010 under the Army SBIR Program topic number A08-164. The contract is a basic effort with a SBIR Phase II enhancement and four additional efforts. The Government projects award for September 2016, and certified Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 and FY 2016 Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) funds will be utilized. An acquisition plan is not required because this procurement does not meet the threshold at Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 207.103(d)(i)(B).
