Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arkansas City: El Dorado Delineated Area: Within the City of El Dorado AR. North - East Main East - Trinca Avenue South - East Cedar Street West - South Jackson Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,900 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •- Reserved secured parking and access to the Judges Chamber's •- Leased space should be located in or near the El Dorado Federal Building •- Tenant agency should be in close proximity to the court house and US Marshal Service •- Leased space should have a security checkpoint •- Preferred secured parking •- Leased space will provide a minimum of level III security Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5. If you are not the owner you must submit evidence of authority to represent the owner.
