- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for the relocation and upgrade of a Texas Law Enforcement Telecommunication System (TLETS) located at JBSA Randolph, TX to TSM Consulting Services, 761 Justin Rd, Rockwall, TX 75087. On 17 Aug 16 a Sources Sought was posted to FBO under solicitation number F3P3AW6158AW01, closing on 23 Aug 16. No responses or queries were received to the posting, nor did any vendors sign themselves up as "interested". To date, TSM has been the only vendor found able/willing to service our area with all req uired services, hardware, software, and 24/7 technical support. The proposed contract action is for products for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 2 September 2016, by 11:00AM CT will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the points of contact listed in this posting.
